Prints are shipped flat (A4 & A3) or rolled (A2 & A1) in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Each print is customised to order - please allow a few business days for production.
Each giclée print is produced in small batches and carefully checked before being sent out.

If your print arrives damaged or there are any issues with your order, please email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the artwork and packaging. I’ll make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

All prints are carefully packaged by hand to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Smaller prints are protected with a sturdy backing board, sealed in a clear cellophane sleeve, and posted in a reinforced board-backed envelope to prevent bending during transit.

Larger prints and canvas prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in durable cardboard postal tubes to protect the surface and edges.

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
